At Gaon Wala, we are on a mission to revive the timeless traditions of Indian villages — practices that carry with them the wisdom, care, and meaning of generations past.
Our flagship creation is A2 Bilona Ghee, crafted from the milk of the indigenous Rathi cow, a heritage breed of the Rajasthan–Haryana belt. These cows are free-grazing, nurtured in the healthy, open environment of our village in Loharu, Haryana.
Rathi cow milk is naturally rich in beta-carotene, known for supporting eye health and immunity. With its balanced fat content, the ghee delivers a rich, full-bodied taste without heaviness — making it perfect for everyday cooking as well as special dishes.
Every jar is made in the traditional bilona method, slow-churned to preserve nutrition, enhance aroma, and capture the essence of rural purity. This is not just ghee — it’s a return to the wholesome, mindful way our ancestors lived.
